Epotread G31 is a high gloss water based epoxy finish which enhances display areas and showrooms and provides an easy clean surface.
Epotread G31 is non- toxic once cured and simple to apply by brush and roller, has exceptional chemical resistance and is very hardwearing
Epotread G31 is also used as a gloss top-coat finish to wall surfaces for easy cleaning. Excellent finish for dairy shed walls, automotive pit walls, also factory, food production and hygiene area walls.

Note: The gloss finish causes a decrease in slip resistance. Epotread G31 is not recommended for floors of public and wet areas. Epotread 1000 is recommended in these situations.
7-10sq.m / litre per coat.
One coat is recommended over two coats of Epotread 1000 semi-gloss or over two coats of Duromastic EP Hibuild.
Note: Pack size is total volume (4 litre pack is supplied as 2 litres Part A and 2 Litres Part B)
